We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I never comment unless I have something useful to say.
First, a preface -- I'm not a photographer, so I probably can't give any technical tips.
However, I find your photograph poignant, clear and to the point. There is something raw about how it is a simple message written on a hand, compared to holding up a sign. It almost speaks to a certain spontaneity or desperation. Due to your lack of a description, I do not know if it directed to someone or not, but I hope that if it is, they realize your message and what lies behind it.
I've started browsing your other works, and this one stands out.
