I AM GETTING A NEW CAMERA.  I dropped my sony cybershot back in January.  I had had it since my junior year of high school.  It was an awesome camera, and the pictures that I took with it got me into photography school.  But yeah, dropped it.  I've been cameraless ever since, which SUCKED, even though I haven't really been doing much photography for the past year or so.  Anyway, I used some wedding money today and ordered myself a Canon PowerShot SX110.  I'm really looking forward to this.  I feel guilty for spending that much money on myself, but I'm sure I'll feel better once it's in my hands... I got free 2nd day shipping, so that will happen sometime around Thursday :]

If you happen to talk to ask him to show you my wedding pictures.  He's incredible.  Words cannot express.

i'm getting married a week from today.  holy crap.

i took pictures today.  the first time i've picked up a camera in months.  i dropped mine in january... fail.  but it felt nice to hold my parents rebel, manually focus.  i need a job so that i can get my own.

my summer semester is over!  i plan on thoroughly enjoying my 10 days off before fall semester starts.  i'm taking women's studies, history of art and architecture, mental health and aging, and some sort of natural science.  it's gonna suck, but oh well...
